Julien leads operations for Nectar Nomad Hospitality — turning every booking into a fully managed experience, from logistics and supply chain to the standard our bartenders deliver on site.
Lilian is a visionary bartender and hospitality innovator whose passion for mixology, born at an early age, has built a career blending artistry and precision. He has contributed to global hospitality projects and consulting under Nectar Agency, and at CLAP Restaurants pushed the boundaries of cocktail design through immersive guest rituals and sensory storytelling. As co-founder of Nectar Nomad Hospitality, Lilian leads creative direction, menu innovation and experiential design.
